Perhaps you have tried to place an on-line reservation over the last couple of days. Maybe you have attempted to confirm lodging availability?
The Hacienda website is experiencing technical… well that is to say that technically… oh nuts, let’s just say I am working on it!
Industry studies (that is the hospitality industry of which we are a small but thriving part) indicate that the traveling public (that is you!) prefer to make lodging and hotel reservations on-line.
We find that most of our guests do consider making those on-line bookings but that often they either abandon the process in favor of a phone call or that they call us immediately after placing the on-line booking to be sure we got it or to ask a question.
That is great, best of both world’s!
We really love to have a chance to speak with visitors before they arrive but it does make things easy for us when the little icon flashes and let’s us know that you are coming.
So, as part of my Inn Keeper duties today I will continue to wiggle and type my way between SSL certificate issuer and website host until this current gremlin is put to bed.
In the meantime if you do want to make that on-line reservation just keep clicking through.
