How does the typical
Elopement day proceed at the Hacienda? Upon arrival, Brides are shown to a their
dressing room to prepare for the ceremony. Your Officiant will be there to greet you. Guests (if any) are
welcome to enjoy the Hacienda and then take their seats for the wedding. Restrooms are found on both upper and
lower levels. Immediately after the wedding ceremony you will enjoy a complimentary champagne toast, your wedding
cake cutting and our spectacular venue.

If we book a Hacienda Elopement what assistance can we expect from Hacienda staff in planning our
event?
We can arrange for your wedding flowers and
photography if you like. We
can also provide you with a list of endorsed vendors. We accept neither commission nor payment from any
vendor on our list. You are encouraged to keep the Hacienda office informed of your vendor
scheduling. We will provide you with a copy of your ceremony, you
can add personally written vows if you like.Breathtaking views and site set-up included. Your Hacienda wedding
officiant will lead you through your ceremony. A delicous wedding cake, complimentary champagne and memories
that will last a lifetime.
How do we book lodging for our wedding and for the guests? Individual Hacienda Lodgings are only available when you
book Destination Wedding Lodging of all nine
guestrooms. The Hacienda lodgings are ideal for small groups seeking privacy and larger groups and retreats. There
are nine guest rooms, all with fireplace and patios, etc.
What if our elopement
celebration runs passed our scheduled time? You must adhere to the schedule confirmed in your Elopement
booking. Don't worry, just consult with the office to discuss your plans and we will help you determine the
time frame for your event.

Your wedding ceremony... The Hacienda's certified Santa Fe wedding celebrants are
fully licensed and will share with you their inspiring, non-denominational ceremonies. You are always welcome to
add personal touches, personally written vows or readings. We have lovely ceremonies for new families, families
with children and renewals.
Included, a wedding cake to love! Choose from white, chocolate, carrot, red velvet...just let us
know your flavor! Bakery fresh and delicious, your cake will be a perfect addition to your intimate and
beautiful day.
With our compliments, raise your Hacienda Dona Andrea champagne to toast your future together as husband and
wife.
